Our stay at SeaCrest was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the view was amazing, and the pathway to the beach was a plus! This was a resort style hotel and it was so cute! I am definitely coming back. My family and I loved everything about this hotel and we can't wait to vacation here again.

Wow, what a great property! Awesome pool area with views of the coastline, clean grounds and rooms, loved the touch of afternoon warm cookies everyday and the always open walk up coffee bar. Wednesday evening they even had a complimentary wine tasting and live music! The workers were always visible and attentive, constantly cleaning the public areas. Also loved the 18+ only adult spa area and lounge chairs. Parking was never an issue, they had convenient luggage movers for checking in and out, and the location is perfect for easy beach access down the stairs to the sand, and an easy walk to downtown Pismo. Definitely request a room with a view, high floor recommended. Can't wait to go back!

We visit pismo a few times a year as it's a quick 3 1/2 hour drive from home. We were pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful this resort style hotel is! Ot is right off the freeway and just a quick 5-10 minute drive (depending on the time of day and traffic pattern) from the pier. The walk into the lobby is amazing! The view of the property and the ocean is astounding! The staff is very kind and professional as well as welcoming! The dog friendly rooms come with a dog bed and 2 dog bowls that get to go home with the fur babies! The room is a little small especially when you travel with a portable dog crate. But we made it work. The patio door opens up to a semi private patio with 2 chairs and table and to a nice grassy area with a pool bag & disposal station. Very convenient for those traveling with their dogs. The hallway to the room where we were staying felt as if we were staying in the laundry room. The laundry is on that floor as well as the housekeeper break room. It was disappointing to see all the laundry bins lined up all the way down the hall only to leave an area open for the guest rooms. The rooms are not very quiet as you can hear the staff walking down the hallway and rolling their laundry carts. It was also disappointing to see that the laundry carts were not put up at night once the staff was no longer doing laundry. It made a small hallway even smaller and cluttered. Upon check in you are asked for your car make and license plate number but I'm not sure if the parking lot is monitored as there was a vehicle parked in a handicap spot with no handicap placard or license plate. The vehicle was parked there most of the day, all night, and was still there at noon. The breakfast included is a nice touch, the room is very small and the choices are ok. They do have an ice machine and water dispenser in the lobby hallway which makes it nice to fill up your water bottle for the road. The fire pits around the property can be turned on anytime by just asking the staff. They do have 3 BBQ grills and a nice picnic area if you choose to go to the store and pick up something to enjoy for lunch or dinner with a gorgeous view. If you're looking for a hotel that offers a resort feel and close enough to the pier but still far enough for it to be quiet and relaxing then this is the place for you!

My lovely girlfriend and I came for a couple days for our (official) 1 year anniversary (3 years in the making). Dawn was so helpful, kind and communicative, she really ensured our stay would befit the occasion! We had a absolutely beautiful king room with a gorgeous oceanview! It has this little padded window seat with throw pillows that we took full advantage of with our coffee (her mimosas) in the morning, and for sunsets (if the balcony was a little too chilly). We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. It was a nice spread and so nice to just walk down, make a plate (or bowl or whatever) and sit on the patio with the ocean in front. We sat by the fires that were going, as it was a tad cold in the early morning (it was February, after all). Downtown Pismo was totally walkable, and we even took the beach access up the street and strolled the beach to the pier, through downtown, over to Price Street (one of the main drags) and back. We may have stopped at Puffer's for a surprise glass of wine (owner was in, they were supposed to be closed but the door was open and he welcomed us in for a nice glass and chat with his local musician buddy who was having one with him too!). But I digress, and back to SeaCrest we went! Such a wonderful stay. Thank you Dawn, and the whole SeaCrest staff for your care and attention! We'll be back!
